You take no responsibility for you “sales people”. I purchased an insurance policy for my son, and you made the mistake of not including uninsured drivers. After I made a $479.00 payment, you refused to send a copy of the coverage to me. After my son was rear ended, all you chose to do was say that the other party was insured. Yes, by personal insurance. After 2 court cases, we were awarded the loss. But the courts do not purse payment. You were totally non committal and said that I had not purchased the uninsured motorist coverage. I have probably told this story 50 times, and am sure that I have cost you way more than the paltry 2800.00 that the car was worth. Too bad for you, I do not forget.
