This is a question that came up when I was looking for car insurance information – can your car having an anti-theft device truly help you get and keep cheaper can insurance?
Well, that all depends on the car insurance company that you go with. A lot of the car insurance companies actually do provide a discount if your car does have an anti theft device on it.
This can include everything from an alarm all the way to just having remote controlled locks on it. The reason for this is because your car is a risk and the insurance company is taking on that risk, so of course they want it protected. More about this in the next blog!
