One of the major points of car insurance is to make drivers feel safe, that if something happens to their cars or happens while they are in their cars, they are going to get taken care of. Well, I can tell you for sure that having an alarm on your car is one of those thing that will certainly assist you in having lower car insurance premiums.
You have to make sure that you choose the right alarm or even anti theft device for you though. Personally, I do not think that alarms are all that great as no one really pays attention to them in the first place.
However, if you have something like The Club, may be more beneficial, as people might break into your car but can not take it.
